New checking account offers annual interest, refund on ATM fees

On Monday, July 30, Austin Bank unveils Free Checking PLUS: a unique, no minimum balance free checking account that rewards customers with 5.01% Annual Percentage Yield earnings and automatic refunds on ATM fees nationwide.

Free Checking PLUS is a totally free checking account that rewards customers with a high interest and free ATM usage nationwide.

Free Checking PLUS account holders only need to make 12 or more debit card purchases per cycle (excluding ATMs); have one direct deposit or automatic payment each month; access Online Banking once per cycle; and receive their monthly statement via secure email versus a paper statement.
