Billy Joe Bourque

Services for Billy Joe Bourque, 25, of Rusk were held Aug. 1 at the Concord Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Reverends Dewayne Daughtry and Bob Marshall officiating. Burial was in the Concord Cemetery, near Troup, under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.

Mr. Bourque died Friday, July 27 in Riverside. He was born June 4, 1982 in Houston. He had been a resident of Rusk since 1999. He was a longtime resident of the Houston/Liberty area. He attended Liberty schools.

He was employed by Bourque and Sons Commercial Air Conditioning, Rusk. Billy Joe loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Edward Marshall, Feb. 25, 1995 and by an uncle, Randy Lee Bourque, Aug. 26, 2005.

Survivors include, his parents, Ray and Terri Marshall Bourque, Rusk; a brother, Aaron Bourque, Rusk; his grandparents, Nettie Faye Marshall, Concord, and Gerald and Elva Jean Bourque, Seabrook; aunts and uncles, Tony and Gina Marshall, Boulder, Colo., Gail Melancon, Clear Lake, Wade Bourque, Seabrook, Joe Don Bourque, Seabrook, Annette and Brett Morgan, Pasadena; and many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and other family members.
