Texas East celebrating National Gymnastics Day

Texas East Gymnastics is celebrating National Gymnastics Day on Aug. 4 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Peltier Nissan dealership at the loop and Spur 364.

Texas East gymnasts, including the highest-level team, boys, cheerleaders, pre-teams and tiny tumblers, will be per- forming high-flying "flips and flops in honor of National Gymnastics Day.

The annual event is celebrated across the nation and is an effort to spread the good word about gymnastics and all its many benefits for boys and girls.
