All-color yearbook debuts at WHS

Order forms for the 2007-2008 Wildcat Yearbook will be included in student registration packets at Whitehouse High School. Orders can be returned by mail, with the registration packets or directly to the Journalism Department. An order form will also be posted on the high school website.

For the first time ever, the 2007-2008 yearbook will be all color. To help cover the cost of the all-color book, price for the Wildcat Yearbook will increase by $5. However, orders received by Aug. 27 will receive a $5 discount.

Regular price of the yearbook is $50, so it will be $45 with the discount. Students can personalize the cover of their yearbooks with their name for an additional $5.

The Wildcat Yearbook has been named one of the top 25 yearbooks in the state of Texas by the Interscholastic League Press Association, which is part of the University Interscholastic League (UIL) headquartered at the University of Texas in Austin.

Delivery of the 2006-2007 yearbook is anticipated around the first of October. Students who ordered those books last year will be able to pick them up as soon as they come in.

Information about senior ads and baby photos will be mailed to the parents of seniors in September.
