Troup's junior class plans Tiger cookbook

The junior class at Troup High School is compiling a cookbook for their fund-raising project this year.

The funds raised during this project will be used for their Junior-Senior Prom in the spring and their future senior activities.

The title will be Tiger Tidbits - Food For Thought. The cost of the books will be $10 per book and they will be taking preorders starting Saturday, Aug. 18.

Tiger fans are encouraged to send in their recipes and anecdotes as soon as possible. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 4.

Ads are also available for Tiger fans. Look for books to go on sale at Homecoming, Friday, Oct. 5.
