Whitehouse dumps Lee, Van in dual match
      Whitehouse swept past Robert E. Lee and Van in a dual volleyball match Tuesday at Wildcat Arena. Whitehouse (4-2) beat Van 3-0 (25-18, 25-9, 25-23) in its first match. Katy Kidwell led the Lady Cats with 17 service points and eight blocks in the win.

Lady Tigers down Sabine
      Arp's Lady Tigers defeated the Lady Cardinals in three games on Tuesday, 25-10, 25-21 and 23-21. Kandace Sipes notched 10 kills, and Patricia Vaughan followed with 8. Sipes also recorded 13 services points, 5 blocks and 1 ace.

Lady Cats earn All Tourney nods
      The Whitehouse varsity volleyball squad claimed second place in the Van tournament held last Friday and Saturday, with Christine Ford, Joanna Blake and Katie Kidwell receiving All Tournament honors. Ford led her team in kills with 27 and also served up 12 aces. Kidwell had 18 kills and 6 blocks.
