What's Cookin'?
Cool Cucumber Salad

1 large cucumber, partially peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. seasoned salt Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
