Auction serves as finale to summer reading program

Cheese Biscuits
      1/2 c. butter (no substitutes) 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp.salt Cayenne pepper to taste 2 Tbsp. light cream Preheat oven to 350o. Cream the butter and cheese together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper and mix well.
