Bayou Grill hosting chamber's After Hours

The Whitehouse Area Chamber of Commerce announces that its regular bimonthly After Hours will be sponsored in September by the Bayou Grill, a new specialty restaurant in Whitehouse, located at 904 Hwy. 110 North.

Owners Roger and Carla Hickman, together with their two sons Ryan and Kevin, are joining the community in a big way.

Kevin plays football with the junior varsity on Thursday nights, and on Friday nights the Bayou Grill will have a Fifth Quarter.

The restaurant serves steak, seafood and burgers and has normal operating hours of Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Fifth Quarter will find the Bayou Grill open until 11 p.m. on Friday nights following home football games.

The Hickmans also offer several other specials. They have a $0.99 kids menu every day after 5 p.m. Tuesday is Burger Night with "Buy 1, Get one ½ price.

They also offer the Bayou Back Room which is available for parties, meetings, etc.

The public is invited to After Hours on Tuesday, Sept. 4 from 5-7 p.m. in the Bayou Back Room at the Bayou Grill. Come meet and greet the Hickmans, as well as other Whitehouse Chamber of Commerce members.
