School traffic still a headache Traffic on the streets of Whitehouse before and after school continue to be a thorn in the side of many. Chief Rick Waller reported five accidents were worked by his officers the first two days of school. None were serious. "Usually by the end of the first week of school, things lighten up a bit," Waller said. "But we just have a lot of vehicles on the streets during these peek times." Waller reminds drivers to be aware of school zones and to stay focused especially in the areas of construction along FM 346. |
