Margaret Elizabeth Short

Graveside services for Margaret Elizabeth Short, 81, of Tyler were held Aug. 23 at Walker Cemetery near Lufkin with the Rev. Alfred Darst officiating. Arrangements were under direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home, Tyler.

Mrs. Short died Aug. 9, 2007 in Tyler.

She was born April 24, 1926 in Winnsboro to the late J.C. and Susie Elizabeth Hardin Camp. She was a homemaker and member of Central Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Short, and brother, Lawrence Camp.

Survivors include brother, J.C. Camp, Whitehouse; and sisters, Fay Wiggins and Audra Owens, both of Tyler.
