The students of Cain Elementary played host to various community helpers this week. The occupations varied from massage therapists to member of the United States Navy.
Cain's principal Cyndy Josephson said the children really enjoying having the community helpers come into their classrooms and tell about their jobs.
This is also a way to celebrate the work done by those that are honored and remembered for their sacrifice on Sept. 11, 2001.
Josephson says that children this age are too young to focus on what really happened on that day, but they can celebrate what "community helpers" do to keep the community safe, healthy and free.
On Sept. 11 the students all rang jingle bells at 9 a.m., symbolically celebrating their freedom with the slogan of "let freedom ring."
