The Whitehouse Chamber of Commerce welcomed two new members recently. Chamber second vice president Diane Nicholson was on hand at Laptops for Less and Burton Chiropractic to present chamber member plaques to owners Ted Fontenot and Randy Burton.
Laptops for Less
Ted Fontenot opened his store in Whitehouse in July 2002 at the age of 20: quite an undertaking for such a young man. Fontenot's life and busi- ness have grown considerably. Along with the store located at 202 W. Main in Whitehouse, other Fontenot family members are operating shops in Lindale, Flint and Broken Arrow, Okla.
Laptops for Less offers service and sales on, of course, laptop computers as well as desktop models. With his father Carl operating a 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse full of all the computer parts needed to keep things going, Fontenot sees nothing but busy days ahead for the successful computer business.
Their hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Contact Ted at 903-871-2799 or visit their website at www.laptopsforless.us.
