Jacksonville Harvest Fest Saturday

The Jacksonville Tomato Bowl will rock with music, praise and worship as the 5th annual Harvest Fest rolls in to town on Saturday, Sept. 29 beginning at 6:30 p.m. This Christian rally is free to everyone.

Spiritual Renewal 2007 at Mt. Carmel

Spend some time strengthening your walk with God as the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church hosts Spiritual Renewal services on Sunday, Sept. 30 at 10:55 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday at 7 p.m. See related articles on special events in conjunction with this community-wide event.

Baptist Forerunners meet

The Forerunners, senior adults of First Baptist Church of Troup, will meet for a noon covered dish luncheon Monday, Oct. 1. Dr. Danny Pickens, Director of Missions for the Smith County Baptist Association will bring the program on falcons.

Pizza party and youth rally set

Free pizza and soft drinks will be served to the youth of Whitehouse beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at WHS. Following pizza a youth praise band and David Stockwell will be on hand for a program themed, "One Nation Under God." The event is sponsored by the Whitehouse Ministerial Alliance.

New St. Matthew church honors anniversary

The pastor and members of the New St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church cordially invite the public to come and worship during the 4th Annual Church Anniversary service on Sunday, Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. The New St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church is located on Hwy. 110 north of Whitehouse.
