Pizza party, youth rally Wednesday

The young people of the Whitehouse community are invited back to school on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 6 p.m. No need to bring books or pencils, just an appetite.

The Whitehouse Ministerial Alliance is sponsoring a pizza party and youth rally.

There is no admission charge for the night, themed "One Nation Under God." It will feature David Stockwell, former Rice University football player, as the speaker; Amy Stockwell, recording artist; and the Youth Praise Band from First Assembly in Whitehouse.

Pizza and drinks will be served at 6 p.m. in the high school cafeteria with a multi-media presentation following in the auditorium.
