Lily Wingo

Memorial services for Lily Wingo, 41, of Whitehouse were held Sept. 21 at Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Directors, Tyler, with family and friends officiating.

Ms. Wingo died Sept. 18, 2007 in a Tyler hospital. She was born Dec. 17, 1965 in Curacao, Venezuela. She lived in Miami, Fla., San Antonio and Connecticut prior to moving to Whitehouse 10 years ago. She was a registered nurse and worked for ContinueCare at Mother Frances Hospital.

Survivors include her husband of five years, Billy Wingo, Whitehouse; sons, Michael Fedell and Justin Wingo, both of Tyler; daughters, Charolette Johnston, Whitehouse, and Jennifer Lewis, Tyler; father, Robert Lopez, San Antonio; mother, Pilar Gonzalez, Miami, Fla.; brother, Rocky Lopez, San Antonio; and three grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers were grandchildren, Xavier Lewis, Zane Lewis and Kade Johnston.
