Holloway Outdoor School scheduled Oct. 9-11

Holloway Outdoor School Booster Club worked hard all summer to ensure that all fifth-graders at Holloway Middle School can attend Camp Tyler Outdoor School as part of their curriculum which provides hands-on lessons in math, science, language arts and team building.

The first group of students to go will be there Oct. 9-11.

The booster club is a non-profit corporation that raises money to help with financial assistance for students who cannot afford to pay the fees necessary to attend camp. Many Whitehouse and Tyler businesses contribute to the effort annually.
