Everett C. Warren

Services for Everett C. Warren, 84, of Whitehouse were held Oct. 9 at Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Directors chapel, Tyler, with the Rev. Pat Alvey officiating. Burial was in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Warren died Oct. 6, 2007 in a Canton nursing home. He was born June 15, 1923 in Missouri to the late Everett C. and Mabel Guffey Warren. He served in the Army, worked in the water department of City of Whitehouse and was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Warren.

Survivors include son, Charles Warren, Chandler; daughter, Linda Craig, Wills Point; and sister, Dovie Culpepper and Laura Culpepper, both of Whitehouse.

Pallbearers were Paul Craig, Michael Bullion, Gene Pitman, Bill Portwood, Jerry Bass and Michael Culpepper. Honorary pallbearer was James Coats.
