BROWN HOSTS ADOPT A PLAYER DAY

Wildcat players visit Brown Elementary as students take part in the Adopt-a-Player program. At left, Lesley Perdue visits with Mrs. Turner's second grand students. Below, Alyssa Hearon, Elizabeth Bridges, Caitlin Johnson, Keaton Condor and Carson Hancock pose with players Chris Frater-Mackey and Phillip Traylor. Students at Higgins Intermediate and Brown Elementary send cards and posters each week to their players. Select students from the Adopt-a-Player classes are also rewarded for their performance at school by getting to run out on the field ahead of the players at home football games -- hence the name Tunnel Cats.
