Tony and Amanda Black of Whitehouse are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Kelly Frances Black. Born on Sept. 24, Kelly Frances weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 21 inches long. She is the granddaughter of Harry and Denise O'Kelly of Whitehouse and Woodrow and Bobbie Hill and the late Bobby Black of Commerce and the late Fran Stanley of Henderson. Kelly Frances is the great-granddaughter of Jerry Bartos of Tyler.
