Game Time for Seniors

Game Time for Senior Citizens will be Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 1-3 p.m. at the Troup library. All senior citizens are welcome to attend.

Troup G/H Society hosts Code Talker

Joe Martinez, grandson of a WWII European Theater code talker, will present a program on his grandfather, Charles Chibitty. The program will be presented Saturday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. at the library in Troup.

Whitehouse library activities

WH Recycle Center temporarily closed

The Whitehouse Recycle Center has been temporarily closed. Recyclable items such as newspaper, plastic, glass, aluminum as well as electronics can be taken to the Tyler recycle center located at 418 N. Bois D'Arc. Their hours are Wednesday and Thursday 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday 7:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.
