Community Activities The Quilters' Guild of East Texas meets on the second Thursday of each month at Pollard United Methodist Church. Fellowship starts with coffee and goodies at 9:30 a.m. Night meetings are also held on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at Pollard United Methodist Church. Troup VFW to meet The Troup VFW will meet Thursday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Troup Library Troup G/H Society hosts code talker Joe Martinez, grandson of a WWII European Theater code talker, will present a program on his grandfather, Charles Chibitty. The program will be presented Saturday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. at the library in Troup. ET Celiac support group to meet The East Texas Celiac support group meeting will be Saturday, Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Benevolent Center of the West Erwin Church of Christ at 215 S. Bonner St. in Tyler. There will be an open discussion about Celiac Disease and the Gluten Free diet. Henry Marsh Bell Masonic Lodge meeting Henry Marsh Bell Masonic Lodge #1371 will meet Monday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. at the lodge hall. All Masonic Brothers are welcome to attend. Whitehouse 4-H Club to meet The Whitehouse 4-H Club will be meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at the Whitehouse United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. If anyone is interested in learning more about 4-H, please attend this meeting. Plans are under way for their Rabbit Clinic to be held in January. Troup American Legion Auxillary to meet Troup American Legion Auxillary will meet Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. at the legion hall. Tyler Aggie Mom's Club meeting The Tyler Aggie Mom's Club will meet Thursday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. at Pollard Methodist Church in Tyler. The scheduled speaker is Dr. Wayne Terrell, Associate Director for the Career Center at Texas A&M. Whitehouse library activities Story time is every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Regular library hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday 11-4. Questions?
