Bascom breakfast rescheduled

Due to the Thanksgiving holidays, Bascom United Methodist Church will hold its monthly breakfast on Saturday, Nov. 17. All visitors are welcome. Bascom UMC is located on FM 848 North.

Bluegrass gospel music at Mixon

Mixon Missionary Baptist Church is hosting Bluegrass Gospel Music and hamburger/hotdog supper on Saturday, Dec. 1. Supper starts at 4 p.m. followed by the music at 6. $6 per plate with the proceeds benefitting the church. Call Ms. Kirby 903- 842-4774 for more information.
