Betty Nordyke

Graveside services for Betty Nordyke, 82, of Tyler were held Nov. 9 at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery under direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home, Tyler.

Memorial services were held at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Stuart Baskin officiating.

Mrs. Nordyke died Nov. 5, 2007 at a Tyler hospice.

She was born July 25, 1925 in Parkland, Wash. She lived in Tyler since 1954, retired from the office staff of Kinsey Pharmacy and was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Warren Nordyke.

Survivors include daughters, Chrissy Guillot, Tyler, and Pam M. Williams, Troup; sons, Greg Nordyke, Bullard, and Mike Nordyke, Frisco; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
