TMS theater takes center stage
'John Lennon and Me' performances Nov. 29
      Troup Middle School theater students will present their One Act Play entry, John Lennon and Me, Thursday, Nov. 29, with two chances for the public to view this funny and touching story. The first show will be held at noon for middle school students.

     Students of the week at Whitehouse Junior High School are seventh-grader Hunter Stainback and eighth-grader Megan Sayers. Hunter plays football, basketball and says athletics is his favorite class. His hobbies are hunting and racing.

Troup Elementary sets 1st grade Christmas show
      First-graders at Troup Elementary School will present the holiday play "Christmas at the OK Corral" next week, with several opportunities for viewing. The young performers will first present the play to their classmates at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3 in the elementary music gym.
