Mary K. Jeter

LAKE PALESTINE - Private services for Mary K. Jeter, 73, of Lake Palestine will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jeter died Nov. 27, 2007 at her residence.

She was born Sept. 19, 1934 in Kaufman to the late Chester and Allie Mae Jones Green. She lived in the Tyler area for the last 30 years and was an RN and a Baptist.

Survivors include her husband, Dick Jeter, Flint; sons, Michael Harvey, San Antonio, and Stephen Harvey, Whitehouse; daughter, Shirley Smith, Flint; sisters, Joyce Sparks, Flint, and Helen Trojanowaski, Channelview; brother, Chester Green, Flint; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Honorary pallbearers were Stephen Harvey, Aaron Harvey, Raymond Marshall and Tommy Sparks Jr.
