Wildcat boys, girls win

The Whitehouse Wildcats rebounded from an unexpected early loss to trounce John Tyler 78-53 at home Tuesday night.

The teams were close in the early going, but Whitehouse JT pulled away to close the second and then outscored JT 48-31 in the second half.

The Ladycats picked up a road win over Robert E. Lee, 49-37, taking advantage of several turnovers.

Whitehouse jumped out to an early 13-0 lead and kept a six-point cushion throughout.
