CONGRESSIONAL ART CONTEST

Whitehouse High School senior Jon Harvell receives his second place certificate in the annual art contest "An Artistic Discovery." Students from more than 70 East Texas high schools were invited to attend. Harvell's entry was "Paper Heart" (graphite). He also placed second in last year's competition. Rep. Louis Gohmert made the presenatations at his Tyler office.
