Deegan, Smith exchange vows

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Smith

Andrea Roxanne Deegan and Jeremy Kenneth Smith of Statesville, N.C., were married Oct. 31 at Iredell Park in Statesville, N.C. Officiant was Chris Cloud of Statesville. The reception was held at the park after the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Fredda and Jerry Rogers of Statesville and Clarence Deegan of Laguna Park. She is the granddaughter of James and Mildred Lewis of Statesville and Opal Deegan of Elkins, Ariz. Andrea is a 1994 graduate of North Mecklenburg High School in Huntersville, N.C.

The bridegroom is the son of Terri Mathis of Whitehouse and Ronny Smith of Des Plains, Ill. He is the grandson of Kenneth Mathis of Troup and Shirley Mathis of Whitehouse, and Lowell and Jolene Smith of Hoxie, Ark.

Jeremy attended Tyler Junior College and is a 1994 graduate of Troup High School.

After honeymooning in Asheville, N.C., the couple resides in Statesville.
