TMS 8th grade downs Arp

The Lady Tiger eighth-graders beat Arp, 35-30, Monday, while the seventh grade team lost, 22-16.

Top scorers for the eighth grade were Brittany Alfred with 11 points, Keraveon Rodgers 8, Nesha Handy 5 and Cheyenne Cover 4. Leading rebounders were Alfred 8 and Taylor Martin 7.

For the seventh grade, Wykina Caldwell led with 7 points and 8 boards. Hunter Jordan had 4 points and 3 steals.
