Troup Food Pantry collects cell phones
      Those looking for an easy way to make a holiday donation can benefit needy families with one simple act: turning in old cell phones. The phones are resold, with all proceeds benefiting the food pantry, which is located in the basement of Troup United Methodist Church, located at 202 E. Duval St.
