      The Whitehouse 4-H club is hosting its 4th annual Show Rabbit Clinic on Jan. 12, 2008. The event will be held at the Smith County Extension office auditorium, located in the Cotton Belt Building at 1517 W. Front St. in Tyler from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

Cats freshman, JV boys begin district with wins
      The Whitehouse JV & freshman basketball teams both began district play last week. The week started out with Whitehouse hosting Kilgore at Wildcat Arena on Tuesday night. The freshman ran out to a 26-8 lead at the half on their way to a convincing 56-20 victory.
