Bateman, Whittaker exchange vows Nov. 3

Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Whittaker

On Nov. 3, Suni Kay Bateman of Arp and Darrell W. Whittaker of New Chapel Hill were united in marriage at the Castle on the Lake in Jacksonville . Judge James Morris officiated the ceremony.

Suni is the daughter of Van Bateman and Nancy Bateman of Arp. She is a graduate of Arp High School and holds a real estate license.

Darrell is the son of Henry and Hazel Fallaw of Tyler . He is a graduate of Las Vegas High School in Nevada and is a journeyman electrician employed by B&D Electric of Longview.

The maid of honor was Vonda Clausen, sister of the bride. The best man was Jeff Hamner, cousin of the bride.

A reception followed at the Castle.
