Council appoints new member

With four interested candidates to choose from, Whitehouse City Council members appointed Tony Hill to Place 3, filling the unexpired term of new mayor Danny Hogden. Council met for about an hour Tuesday night before approving Hill, with Hogden casting the deciding vote after council split 2-2 on the motion. More...
