Gateway Baptist parenting classes

Gateway Baptist Church will offer parenting classes beginning Jan. 6. The series will meet each Sunday night 6-7 p.m. through March. The $10 book will be the only cost of the classes. Contact 903-839-7171 for more information.

Whitehouse UMC hosts breakfast

The First United Methodist Church of Whitehouse hosts breakfast the first Saturday of the month from 8-10 a.m. A full breakfast meal is served and donations are accepted. The church is located at 405 W. Main.

Baptist Forerunners meet

The Forerunners, senior adults of First Baptist Church of Troup, will meet for a noon covered dish luncheon Monday, Jan. 7. Joyce Shipp will bring her program "Tommy Tall Hats." Wear a hat.
