Haynes, Brenneman announce engagement

Brenda and Steve Lawson and Rick and Melanie Haynes, all of Flint, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dawna LaVon Haynes, to Anthony Jay Brenneman.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Louis Haynes of Flint. She is a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and is now employed by the Tyler Independent School District as a Braillist to the visually impaired.

The groom-elect is the son of Mary Brenneman of Irving and the grandson of William Brenneman of Frankston and Lillian Brenneman of Kansas. He is employed by Ferguson Beauregard.

The wedding is planned for March 8, 2008 at the Castle on the Lake in Jacksonville.
