      Saturday rang with quacks and happy laughter at the Whitehouse Community Library. Why you ask? It was a birthday party for Rubber Duckie. The lovable yellow toy claims Jan. 13, 1870 as its birthday. The day was a repetition of last year's cold wet day- a good day for duckies but not people.
