Deborah Elaine Trahan
She was born Aug. 23, 1954 in Whitehouse. She was an educator for more than 30 years. She spent 17 years in Leander, working as a high school counselor before moving to Burnet to resume her career as a counselor at Burnet High School. Kids were her passion and she was well-loved by hundreds of lives that she touched. Family was very important to Debbie. She was preceded in death by her father, Virgil Tomlin. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Don Trahan; son, Clayton Trahan; daughter, Jessica Trahan; mother, Jeanette Tomlin; sister, Pam Hood; brothers, Danny and Melvin Tomlin; in-laws, Curtis and Vivian Trahan; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were held at Burnet High School Auditorium on Jan. 22, under direction of Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, Burnet. Graveside services were held in Whitehouse Cemetery Jan. 23. |
