Lufkin sweeps 7th-grade boys

Whitehouse's seventh grade A and B teams faced tough competition from Lufkin last Thursday. The A team lost 61-23 and the B team 25-22.

Cantrell was the top scorer in the A game with 11 points. Kyle Battles and J. Hilburn led the B team with 6 points each, including one 3-pointer each.

The B team is 4-2 on the year, while the A team is 1-5.
