Chamber plans second Expo, adds Taste of Whitehouse
"We're hoping this will pull in regular citizens who will then see what the businesses in Whitehouse have to offer," said Mike Peterson, chamber president. "I said in January my goal was to get as much exposure for Whitehouse businesses as possible, and this is the first step in that." More than 30 area busi- nesses and organizations participated in last year's Business Expo. While the participation of area restaurants in the Taste of Whitehouse will certainly have an appeal, the public can also look forward to things such as giveaways, free samples and prize drawings from participating businesses and service groups. The second annual Business Expo and first Taste of Whitehouse will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 in the Whitehouse Junior High School gym. The cost to participate in the Expo is $25, and all exhibitors must be members of the Whitehouse Chamber of Commerce.
