Quilters add color to Azalea Show

The Quilters Guild of East Texas plays host to the 27th annual Azalea Quilt Show Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Harvey Convention Center on the East Texas Fairgrounds.

"Hats Off to Quilting" is this year's theme.

Over 200 quilts will be hung for viewing and judging. The show features old and new quilts, contemporary and traditional designs. Lectures and demonstrations will be offered throughout the show hours with special exhibits from quilt artists.
