Four Winds Faire plans Highland Fling weekend

Fours Winds Renaissance Faire has three big theme weekends left in its 2008 season, with a Highland Fling celebration set April 5-6.

Bagpipers, Celtic dancing, music and a Highland games competition are all part of the scheduled fun.

Renaissance Romance (April 12-13) and Knights & Chivalry (April 19-20) round out the festival's themes.

This is the 14th season for the Renaissance festival. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $6 for children (ages four and under are free).
