Lavinia Glidewell

Services for Lavinia Glidewell, 92, of Waco, formerly of Whitehouse, were held April 9 at Whitehouse Cemetery.

Burial was in Whitehouse Cemetery under direction of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home. Mrs. Glidewell died April 6, 2008 in Waco.

She was born Sept. 28, 1915 in Whitehouse and lived in Whitehouse all of her life prior to moving to Waco. She worked as a registered nurse for Mother Frances Hospital and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Whitehouse.

Survivors include daughter, Barbara Bowden and husband Danny of Waco; grandchildren, Hunter Jarvis of Dallas and Laurie Bowden of Dallas; several nieces and nephews.
