WISD registration April 21-25

Pre-K, Head Start and kindergar ten registration for all Whitehouse ISD attendance zones will be held 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, April 21 through Friday, April 25.

Registration for Brown, Cain, Higgins and Whitehouse Elementary campuses will be at Brown Elementary, 104 Hwy. 110 N., 903-839-5610.

Parent or guardian needs to bring:
· child's birth certificate
· child's social security card
· immunization records
· proof of residence (utility or
water bill)

· copy of property tax statement

· rental or lease agreement with occupants listed

· parent's driver's license

· legal documents (restraining orders, divorce papers, etc.)

· proof of income for Pre-K and Head Start.

Campus assignments for Pre-K and Head Start students will be based on space and availability. If space is not available at the campus in your attendance zone, final placement will be based on the order that completed applications are received.
