TYA Fun Day set Saturday

Troup Youth Association will hold its annual Fun Day this Saturday at the ball fields on Hwy. 135. The opening ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. with baseball and softball games played throughout the day from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Kids can purchase tickets to jump, slide and play games in several inflatables, and a home run derby will be held from 1:15-2:15 p.m. for ages 10 and up.

The winner of the TYA raffle ticket drawing will be announced, with the lucky person receiving a 2007 Kawasaki Mule.

Everyone is invited, and there will be lots of food, games and other great prizes.
