Cary Lambert and daughters Ashlee and Erin competed in the ABKA Texas State Championship Karate Tournament in Tyler on April 5. Cary won the intermediate men's sparing championship, Erin won the 11-12 year old beginner's girls sparring championship and placed second in the forms competition. Ashlee won both the 15-17 year old intermediate girls and boys sparring championship and placed second in the forms competition. Ashlee also won the adult women's sparring championship. They will all be participating in the ABKA National Karate tournament in Oklahoma on May 3.
