Hilltop CC offers free scramble

Hilltop Country Club of Troup says it is time to dust off the clubs and get out for a late afternoon of golf. Their regular 6 p.m. ninehole scramble on Thursday, May 8 will be free.

The club offers weekly scrambles on Thursdays at 3:30 and 6 p.m. at a cost of $10 for members and $12 for non-members.

To make an evening of it, bring your own steak or hamburger meat, cook it on the grill there and enjoy the company of fellow golfers. For only $5 add a baked potato, salad and roll to your meal.
