      In last week's article about the Troup Book It! event, Mrs. Kay Evans was incorrectly identified as winning the history trivia contest. J.C. Trahan actually won the trivia contest, while Mrs. Evans won a copy of the upcoming "History of Troup" book in a drawing.

Scoreboard demo Friday
      The business community and interested individuals are invited Friday at 10 a.m. to the home side entrance of Wildcat Stadium for a demonstration of an LED video scoreboard being presented by Daktronics, the company who supplied the electronic message boards at Brown Elementary and WHS.
