TISD to meet Thursday
Renovations, bond refund top agenda

Troup school board members are holding a special meeting today at noon. Among the agenda items to be considered are renovations to the middle school and high school weight rooms and dressing areas. Trustees are scheduled to tour the designated areas before adjourning.

School board members will also consider bids for interior renovations and parking lot, high school gym bleachers and elementary re-reproofing projects.

Jennifer Stewart, financial director, will also follow up on information she presented at this month's regular meeting concerning a possible bond refunding.

Trustees will also consider budget amendments and an addition to local board policy.
