Muscatell, Butler exchange vows Dec. 6

Mr. and Mrs. Austin Butler
Megan Muscatell of Jayton and Austin Butler of Tyler were married Nov. 29 at First Baptist Church of Jayton. Dr. Mike Massar of First Baptist Church, Tyler, officiated the ceremony.

The bride, daughter of Col. and Mrs. Jim Muscatell of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Ms. Dana Brinkman of Jayton is a graduate of Jayton High School and received a B.S. in kinesiology from Texas A&M University.

The groom, son of Ann and Mike Butler of Tyler, is a graduate of Whitehouse High School and earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a project engineer for J. E. Dunn Incorporated in Dallas.

Maid of honor was Kelsey Brinkman of Jayton, sister of the bride. Best man was Clay Emge of Tyler.

Bridesmaids were Meredith Butler of Tyler, Deena Faseler of Richmond, Emily Walton of Houston, Sunny Johnson of Granbury, Ashley Gregg of Ft. Worth, Kristi Arnold of Aspermont and Cara Fair of Tyler.

Groomsmen were Hunter Lott of Denton, Brian Melcher of Dallas, Jonathan Rager of South Bend, Ind., Walker Smith of Corsicana, Kyle Hinton of Wichita Falls, A.J. Neely of Amarillo and Joseph Robinson of Ft. Wor th.

The bride wore a strapless Oleg Cassini beaded gown and carried a bouquet of red roses and a penny wrapped in the handkerchief her great-grandmother carried at her wedding. The church was decorated in red and white roses, Christmas greener y, and gold candles.

Special wedding guests included the bride's grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Norman Hahn of Jayton, as well as the groom's grandparents, Mrs. Jessie Butler of Waco and Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Clarke of Tyler.

Following the ceremony guests enjoyed dinner and dancing at the R.N. Pierce Learning Center in Jayton. The groom's family will host a reception at the Woman's Building in Tyler during Januar y.

Following a honeymoon trip to Antigua, the couple will make their home in Dallas.
